This
year, Iota Lambda and area Alpha Brothers had a renewed
presence at the annual Mozel Sanders Thanksgiving Dinner,
which serves thousands of less-fortunate Indianapolis citizens.
A number of Brothers showed up at Aetherton Union on the
Butler University Campus, on the Wednesday night before
Thanksgiving to assist in preparations for the dinner. Some
of the preparation activities are pictured below. Additional
Brothers (not pictured) gave up part of their Thanksgiving
holiday to assist in the actual serving and transportation
of the dinners. It's a great way to begin the holiday season
- by giving to others - and in keeping with the words of
our historic mission, "to
aid downtrodden humanity ".
